1. Subscription Cancellation
Users who subscribe to any of our paid plans may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will stop automatic renewal for the next billing cycle.
The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.
2. Trial Plan Cancellation
If a trial plan is provided, users may cancel the trial at any time before upgrading to a paid plan. Once a user upgrades to a paid plan, the paid subscription terms will apply.
3. Cancellation of Services
For services such as automation setup, integrations, custom development, or consulting services, cancellation requests must be made before the work has started.
If work has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.
In certain cases, partial charges may apply depending on the progress of the project.

WaabSys Automation Solutions reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account without prior notice if:
The user violates our Terms and Conditions
The platform is used for illegal, spam, or abusive activities
There is misuse of the services or infrastructure
