Subscription-Based Services For subscription plans offered on our platform: Payments made for monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription plans are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated. Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellation will only prevent future billing, and the current billing cycle will remain active until its expiry. 2. Trial Plans If a free or trial plan is offered, users are encouraged to test the platform features before upgrading to a paid plan. Once a user upgrades to a paid subscription, the payment will not be refunded except in exceptional cases. 3. Duplicate Payments If a user accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the extra amount paid will be eligible for a full refund after verification.
